Nordic Crown XL Repair

My Nordic Crown XL has run without issue for about five years.
Lately, after about 45 minutes running the jets on high; the GFI trips.

I reset and the tub comes back on but pressing the pump button just makes a click; the motor won't come on.

After an hour, the pump will come on low speed as usual and the pump will run on high again.

Should I buy a new motor?

Sounds like it. Or get that one rebuilt.
But first get it to trip, reset, then check voltage at the main power terminals, red to black for 240v and black to white for 120v. Let's verify it's not a breaker issue.
