No readings on Intellichem app for pH and ORP

I recently noticed that the values for ORP and pH will not appear on the app in spite of the probes being clean and successfully tested. The system has been reset to no avail. Does anyone have experience in correcting this issue. My local “expert” has no suggestions so I thought I would present it to the experts herein. Thanks in advance!

Not many here use the IntelliChem.. So it might be a day or so for the right person to see your post..

I would assume that you have lost the wireless connection between your ScreenLogic and the IntelliChem..

Have you taken any lightning strikes near by??

I'd also want to make sure that your ScreenLogic set up still shows that you have the IntelliChem box checked...

Thanks very much Jim. Yes, Intellichem is selected and the Wi-Fi has been confirmed and reset. Intellichem panel is active and seems functional. That’s what confuses me. All else seems normal but no read on the mobile app. I appreciate your help and will wait until those I’ve reached out to respond.
