Been without power for 36 hours and most likely for another 3 days, what can I do to keep pool going? Can I still add chemicals even though pump won’t be running?
Most important is to keep the FC level up so algae won't bloom. Add liquid chlorine appropriate for your CYA level all around the pool daily and agitate with your pool brush.
Add liquid chlorine and brush the pool to stir it (or go swimming to stir) and maintain your FC above minimum and you'll hardly notice. Water might lose a bit of luster but you'd be surprised how well a properly chlorinated pool will stay clear without filtration.
Went 10 days in July with no pump due to a main line failure. I kept the pool crystal clear with daily additions of liquid chlorine and my robot. Had 2 kids swimming in it every day while I worked on it.
