No flow lights solid or blinks in fairly new Circupool SWG

Good morning
I just noticed the red light remains solidly on despite having very good flow. The swg was installed in October of 21, and I don't use pucks of any kind.
I also noticed that the SWG is hazier/cloudier than normal, see picture.

Can I unscrew the top of the flow sensor to look at it? Might it still be under warranty?

Are you saying the “no flow” light is on?
If this is an rj-45+ there is a full warranty for 1 year then it is prorated at various percentages after that for the following 6 years.

You should give them a call if you suspect the flow switch is bad.
