Hello I’m just getting started and trying to learn the pool and water system. I bought my pool last year from blue world and was so excited to be getting a pool that was going to be the best and easy to maintain. I’ve had the Walmart frame pools that never lasted and one year spent over 1k on chemicals trying to get the water right. I upgraded so I thought and purchased an $800 pool from Sam’s club, got it filled and ready to go only for my step son to stab the side with a shovel.
So here I am now with this beautiful pool and haven’t been able to swim this summer because the water is green.
I had an issue with the bottom of the pool not being smoothed so after several attempts to get the company to repair they agreed to come in March to fix it. So I didn’t cover the pool, and said co didn’t come to fix the problem. So here I am 4 months still trying to open my pool.
