Hi, I'm Scott. New pool owner near Austin TX. It's been quite an education/experience on our new salt water pool. I am a tech worker and part time carpenter so pretty handy. I love to fix things myself. Our pool is only 3 years old but our climate and water appear to make pool ownership much more time consuming than anticiapted.

Sorry to hear you're having to focus more time on the pool than you expected- I spend about 10 minutes per week tops. Start a new thread under the "Just Getting Started" subforum and describe the issues you are having. I'm positive we can help you come up with a few solutions!
