Hi There, I am considering an owner build pool in Cave Creek AZ. I just received the keys to my new house and can't wait to not see dirt in the yard. Has anyone used Pool and Spa Designs? What was your overall experience with PSD? how long was the process from start to finish? I am not afraid of supervising/managing subs. I also work from home 100% of the time so that allows me to be onsite, but I am nervous as all get out, to start. I am trying to save money though, lol. Any advice on how to get started is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Also, any Phoenix area subs would be appreciated.
