New starite pool heater install

Finally got around to this today. Everything went smooth. I was replacing a failed starite 333,000 max e therm. NG. Hooked it up to easy touch and never got any lights on heater. Pulled the two wire connection and used the jumper to troubleshoot. Lights on unit then came on. Heating light will flash for about 10-15 seconds then change to service heater light. The blower fan does not come on. No service indicator led. Manual says to replace control board if blower doesn't come on. This is a brand new heater. I'm sure it's covered, but just wanted to see if any of the pros can offer me some advice. Seems very unlikely it's bad already. Thanks.

I also have the old units control board that I could swap in. Its a lot older revision but same part number.

Make sure the correct plug is installed for the voltage coming into heater

Ok all is good. Just found a ground cable in the ignition box unplugged.
