New Sand Filter, free, San Diego area

Last month I bought this at an online auction, wasn't sure what is was but I bought just in case I could use it. Well I don't , so if you live in the San Diego area or willing to pay the shipping cost its yours. I think it's a sand filter. Everything in the picture is what it came with.

Doesn't appear to have the clamp that holds the valve to the top of the tank.

Good deal for someone with a smaller/above ground pool! If not included, then yes, it will need the MPV clamp.
