I decided to have my install face down considering I had the room. I put the flow sensor 1st so the water would hit it from above. I am currently running off the 120v plug to a timer. I think next season I’ll may replace my Polaris 380 and booster pump with a robot and convert the SWG back to 220 and use the timer that the booster pump uses now.

Looking clear but too cold to swim in yet, only about 61 degrees. Lol

1.jpgDon't worry mine isn't much better, and I was careful this time to not go crazy with the primer and glue. In the manual it says the corded side is the inlet. I think it would also be prudent to have the corded side facing downward for water intrusion purposes.
