I am considering finally replacing my current Pentair Challenger 1hp pump. It is very old and I have rebuilt it several times, but it seems like I'm having to change more and more parts on it lately and it's starting to add up.
I am wanting to research, single speed and VS pumps as I hope to make a wise choice and not have to mess with the pump for years to come.
I welcome any suggestions on manufacturers and thoughts on the single speed vs variable speed.
