New Pump Keeps Cutting Off

I have a 1-month old Pentair SuperFlo pump that has been working fine but just started having problems. I noticed that its draw power was low while I was running my robot vacuum. There was air in the visible chamber and the vacuum was running slow. So I turned it off to clean everything out and I can't get it to come back on. I flip the power switch and it sounds like it's trying to start up, but after about 5 seconds I hear a click and it shuts down. Then it cannot be turned back on for another 30 seconds or so when I hear it click on its own and I can try again. I've disconnected the pipes to try and eliminate flow or pressure issues.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Have you inspected the area down inside the pump towards the impeller (power OFF) to see if anything made it past the pump basket and perhaps is tangled in the impeller area?

I had that thought, but couldn't do it before I headed out to work today. I'll check on it when I get home. Thank you.
