New pressure gauge, no relief valve?

We just purchased the TFtestkits pressure gauge to replace the gauge in our jandy cartridge filter. The original gauge had a pressure relief valve, but the new gauge does not, as far as I can tell.

What’s the work around for this? Should we have just gotten a replacement gauge that matched the original?

Most filters have gauges that can be replaced without effecting the air relief valve. If your old gauge is an integral part of the air relief valve, then the gauges that TF testkits sells, will not work for you...

Then you need to get that and not the TFT gauge.
