Got my pool all done in early Aug. Have kept the chemicals balance according to the pool calculator and a 100 chemical kit. Now I am starting to notice small algae spots starting to show up .

PH 7.654
TA 90
CYA 50
CH 325

PUMP RUNS 9 hr a day at 60 gal min.

What do I need to do?
All FW now going to convert to salt when I get all my electronics installed.

Something seems odd above. What "100 chemical kit" are you referring to? The TF-100 does not provide a pH result broken-down to the thousandth. Also, what are your FC and CC results? We would need to know those as well to help you make a determination as to what may be happening.

once a week

Here is a link for you:

Pool School - Basic Pool Care Schedule

Your pool needs to be "fed" once a day. You are seeing the algae due to falling below the recommend FC level as seen here:

Pool School - Recommended Levels

You do need to SLAM your pool as seen here:

Pool School - SLAM - Shock Level And Maintain

Two of the most important parts of the SLAM is M as in maintain the FC at SLAM level and brushing the pool to get all of the algae up and out for the FC to kill it.

I will check back with you to see how things are going.

If you have visible algae you should SLAM the pool. Algae doesn't go away on its own, and once it has a hold on your pool it will reproduce faster than daily FC levels can kill it.

Your signature says "salt water pool", is it a true salt water (as in ocean salt levels) pool that you manually chlorinate, or do you have a fresh water pool with a Salt Water Chlorine Generator?
