New pool/spa owner

We have Pentair Easy Touch/ScreenLogic which was set up remotely by pool service contractor. We are using the app and turned on the spa to heat to 104 degrees. It’s been running for 2 hours and hasn’t gone above 60 degrees. Something is not right…

The EasyTouch just tells the heater to turn on or off.. You must make sure the Heater is on and is set to full hot..

Once you do that the EasyTouch monitors the water temp and allows the heater to run until the temp gets to your set point (in your case 104 degrees...)

The panel shows heater on but the temperature isn’t rising.

You have to use the display on the heater itself, not the EasyTouch..

Meaning we press something on the heater itself? Our pool guy said we would control et from the ScreenLogic app. Thanks so much for your help as we’d love to try out the spa!

What does the display on the actual heater show, when you set the EasyTouch to heat?

You have to make sure that the heater itself is set to maximum temp, then the EasyTouch will control the heater to the setpoint you select in the pool controller.
