Get rid of the area drains and go to drains out to the street.
Also, unless the Pebble Fina has the color you want and no other material comes close, I would consider changing. I have a larger pool and went with NPT Quartzscapes for $2100 and it has a 10 year warranty. Seems a bit much for the size and just a 5 year warranty.
