Was thinking about where to install the new pool for the new house since closing is coming upon us (July 13th). I may just throw it right here and add the deck here since its squared. What do you all think? I would love to get a bigger pool like a 33ft round. I'd really love to get an inground but honestly, I just want to get into the house.

That's the backyard, right?? It looks good to me. Nice and clear of trees and sunny!

The back yard is HUGE! I was never able to see my pool from the old house. I could have had visitors swimming n not known it. But with this placement I can look at it while I clean the kitchen from the window. I think I'm just going to put it here. I'm going to dig a 35ft circle because... I can n look for a 33ft round above ground pool for next year. I just need the wall n liner. I'm hoping to find another Sharkline Venture because I just love that pool. I'll run the deck right up into the corner of the foundation. We are getting closer to closing at 24 days not including today. Tomorrow is inspection and I'm praying everything goes well. Here is the house we put a full off on. The last picture is the full view of the yard. I have plenty of room for a pool and yard for the dogs to run.

That is a nice place, with lots of yard! I saw pictures of your old thread, and am so sorry for what had happened in such a short time. This looks like a very great outcome though! Just like pools, you can never have too small of a yard! Hope everything just falls in line for you!

This has been an outrageous year for us. I'm also praying that things fall into place for us and we can get on with a normal life.

As you know, all it takes is one Jerky McJerkface down hill...... some jerk with 2 first names. Like, let’s just say hypothetically it’s Steve Stevens. (Are they twice the jerk if it is the same name?? I think it’s twice the jerk in that case). Anywho it looks like it is much more spread out reducing the odds of another jerk. And in the instance there is one, they will be further away and still a bonus.

best wishes in every capacity. !!!

If you go with a 33' pool and a deck, and if you use a solar cover, think about how you are going to move, store, and replace the thing when you build the deck.

I am in sort of the same neck of the woods as you, and my pool gets pretty much full sun all day. A solar cover extends our swim season to a great degree. I have gone trough a number of methods for removing and storing the 27' cover on my pool. Pulling it into the deck is about the least ideal.

See, I saw the roof, the bay window, and the porch! Love that the porch goes across the whole front of the house.

The house is awesome. Tomorrow is inspection. I cant wait to walk through it again.

In other news... I cant find a liner to save my friggen life. I want to put the pool up but with no liner... what's the sense. It is terrible out there guys. The pool stores are out of nearly all equipment and supplies. I'm very upset that I have to wait but I prayed that if I couldn't find one today, then maybe it was for the best for something better. I hope. Pool stores cant even give you an estimated time on new inground builds around here because they have nothing to work with. I have never seen this in my life. Its terrible.

Took a measurement for the new pool area. The 24ft will fit there perfectly and that's what will go there. If I want a bigger pool, I'd have to remove the swing set n I'm not doing that right now because Leonard will use it so I'm just going to install the pool I have next year... or later in the summer n keep an eye out for new liners.

Or... I can defer to my Boss n get her permission for a bigger pool n get rid of the set all together. Maybe buy her a zoomerang slide for the bigger pool.

Guess what I just did?! I found a pool liner online at thepoolfactory.com. I bought it for almost $700. Shhhhhhh..... dont tell Jimmy. It's a 40g liner. Looks like this n you all know I freaking detest a swirl pattern.
