Hi guys - Thank you for doing what you do. You have been a huge resource for me!
We have had some good rain lately and my pool is a little higher than normal.
The water is cloudy to where i cant see the bottom and the jets dont seem as strong.
Do i need to backwash some of the water out, put DE in it and then shock it?

Perhaps the best way we can help guide you is to first see a full set of water test results. That will tell us a lot right off the bat. Do you have a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit to use?
