New pool owner needs help with chemical adding!

So this is our first year. We just got our water results back and here they are:
Free chlorine 1.51ppm
Total chlorine 1.88 ppm
Combined chlorine .37

Stabilizer 5 ppm
calcium hardness 172
Adjusted ph 7.8
Adjusted alkalinity 214
Phosphate 24 ppb

Our pool is a 18x9 above ground oval bestway platinum series swim vista. . Approx 3548 gals

What do I add, how much and in what order?

Before you add anything, get a test kit and test your water yourself. We don't rely on pool store tests, they are notoriously wrong, and we could do more harm than good making recommendations on tests that are no good. Link-->Test Kits Compared

Add 3ppm of liquid chlorine per day until the test kit arrives.
