New Pool Owner in Houston

Howdy folks! I've lurked here for a bit and have been trying to take it all in and wanted to introduce myself.

I am a new pool owner to a brand new pool. We just put water in a few weeks ago so I've been trying to get my head wrapped around everything. I've read through pool school a couple of times and coming to grips with the fact that I can't set it and forget it with the trichlor tablets.

I have a TF-100 on the way and I'm ready to embrace the TFP method. Happy to be here!
