Given that you’ll be draining your pool in 3 weeks, I would just try to maintain by adding chlorine until then. Use Pool Math to figure out how much.
As far as when you are testing your new fill, don’t forget to check ph too.
You will not be able to test for pH, so TA is not needed. FC should be at least 7.5% of CYA. So well north of 10 ppm.
