new pool liner issues

Hi All,

We had a pool put in recently and there are many issues we have found that the pool company is saying is not an issue. I could really use some help to know if I am making a big deal out of nothing.
I have attached pictures.

1) All 4 corners of the liner have a gap. They tried to fix it by putting in these ugly plastic pieces but there is still a gap for plenty of water to enter.
2) The liner around the stairs is very loose and the corners are all wrinkled. I took a picture of one of the stair corners.
3) There is at least 2 spots in the shallow end where you can feel a rock poking up from the liner bottom.
4) On one of the walls you can see the hollow frame of the pool behind it. This is causing a visible line that goes down the liner. Picture is attached for this.

I would appreciate any guidance from you experts. I personally feel they need to empty the pool and redo the liner completely. It's almost time to close the pool for winter so I am getting very worried.

Thanks!

The liner lock pieces can be cut amd the real liner lock comes in colors. It's a poor job overall if you can see the seam amd theres rocks. Problem is once liner comes out its not going back in without a new one. Best case they can drain and reset it and remove a small section for rocks and fix seam. Judging by the quality of the install I'd say its above their pay grade. Sorry your going thru this

Thank you for the response. I believe also that in order for it to be correctly done they need to drain the pool and redo it with a new liner. I just hope this does not cause a big conflict.
