Heya Folks, I had a new pool installed in February and I am not sure I got what i paid for. I would really appreciate some opinions from any industry professionals, or folks who have also had a similar finish to their pools and their experience with the installation.
I paid for a Quartzscape finish, chosen from the NPT catalog - Anvil . Ive got a lot of eggshell cracks and a very uneven finish with a lot of trowel marks and some unfortunate water lines that have not brushed away.
Without going into too much detail to create a bias, I have attached some images for context. My water was trucked in, we filled the pool in about 4hrs. The requirement for warranty on filling was 24hrs after installation. I am on a well, so we paid for delivery.
