Hi all. New member here. Looking to get a fiberglass pool and spa installed in the Daytona Beach, Florida area. I suppose I am looking for any advice, recommendations and of course, quote reviews.
Welcome to TFP! I'm not seeing anything crazy-unusual with your bid. You might ask what type of base material they use. Sand is very popular with installers, however it tends to settle over time. See if they can use a fine stone base instead that will become compacted and remain firm over time. One of your exclusions is landscaping. Not sure if that includes removing the dirt excavated for the shell, but it adds-up. In any case, your pool should make for a very nice hideaway. Congrats!
