New pool build question about watering the gunite

I live in an area that has recently moved to drought status and I decided it would be a good idea to reuse the water that’s at the base of the pool that’s been collecting from watering for the last week. Bought a submersible pump in order to cycle it back to soak the gunite again. Obviously the water isn’t clear as it’s been slowly blooming algae and whatever else. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but is this an issue? I was trying to be “water smart” and my skin came into contact with some of the water and developed a few large welts within about 15 minutes of exposure. Obviously need to be more careful when working with that water in the future but any chance of it causing issues on the gunite?

Just thinking out loud, you could add some liquid chlorine to it to kill bacteria.
