I’m interested in hearing how you like the Spectrum360 lights and how well they integrate into iAqualink when you get to that point. I’m getting the same lights and automation as you are and I haven’t found much info about them (user reviews, etc.).

Tile and stone issues finally resolved! Took a while but they fixed what we wanted. Wife and I are happy things are moving forward again! They poured concrete yesterday and we added a walkway from the front driveway (that we also widened a couple feet) to the pool and we are so glad to have done this.
Thanks! I got nervous because I haven't seen much about how well the Spectrum lights integrate with iAqualink. I ended up emailing my builder and he says they fully integrate, allowing for both color and mode control so that's good news for us!
Let the mud/dirt END! So glad things are going again and they fixed it for you!!! SCORE!

Still no update, original plaster date set for May 1st but hoping it happens sooner.
Plaster got moved up 2 weeks in the schedule! Tomorrow they polish, acid wash, and start the fill!

Oh happy day! 
Now run out and wrap a sock around the end of the hose. You do not want the metal on your pretty new plaster. Make sure the end of the hose is right at the main drain or the lowest part of the pool. If you fill the spa first do NOT let it overflow as it could cause streaking on the plaster.
Do NOT turn off the water once you start filling!!!!! Keep it going until it is half way up the tile. We had one build where they turned off the water for the night and it has left a ring around the pool

Thanks for all the info Kim! I left during the day to pick up new fence material so they can install all new and not mix and match new/old. When I got back home plaster crew had already left and dropped water hoses in and started filling! First thing I noticed was no rags or socks on hose! I immediately pulled the hose out and wrapped them up with socks. This is making them float, hope that is normal. Anyways pictures speak more than I can, we are so happy with how the polished final look turned out!

Yeah it is normal and okay. So people will even tape empty bottles to them to help them float.
Remember that the water might have a slight green tint. The true plaster color will come through as the water gets balanced and the plaster cures.

First light up of the spectrum 360s! Very bright, gotta them all synced together but just messing around with them we love them so far! Can’t wait to see them under water tomorrow
They look nice! Good to know they are good and bright.
Once you have a play with it, I’d be curious to hear how seemless the iAqualink app works for controlling the color and the lighting modes. There’s just not much info on this out there, though my builder says they integrate seamlessly.
I’m still a couple weeks out from water myself, I think.

Oh, and be careful playing with them outside of the water. The manual says they are water cooled, though they supposedly have a thermal cutoff to shut them down if they get too hot.
I’m not sure how I missed your thread! Just read it and love the result. I think you started building around the same time we did. That’s so great that you have water. We were told the same thing about not turning the lights on until it was full or we would be paying for a replacement globe. If they’re still working, they’re fine. Congratulations on finishing your pool.
Everything is full. Now to get this thing cleared up and my backyard ready for summer time! Minor things contractor has to come back and fix like the waterfall and weeping wall flows but so far everything is going really well.

Have you tried out iAqualink yet? Does it work well for turning on/off the lights, choosing the color, and changing the light mode?
I have not had the aqualink system set up remotely yet, it is all still controlled via the main panel. As soon as I get to playing with the set up on my phone through web interface i'll update you. There are so many color schemes I just could not take a picture of all of them and upload. Our favorite is the random color light show that changes the colors every few seconds.

Very nice! You pool's color and the waterfall are very similar to mine. I'm envious of your hot tub. We'd love to add one just like that. Enjoy!
I never considered mounting a TV outside. How do you protect the TV from the weather??
