I absolutely LOVE all of the flagstone in your pool. Look so good. Can't wait to see it done!!!

I have 1.25 acres in Garland, just off Miller Ln (Royal in Dallas) with lots of houses on +/- 2 acres next to me, and there's a 13 acre lot around the corner from me. Didn't pay a fortune for it either. No farther from Dallas than GP.
Yeah....you can get land, but you will certainly pay for it!! (Either $$$ or the ground will shift).
Reasonably priced larger lots are far & few between.
The area that we wanted to live in, no one has a huge lot.
I love our neighborhood though! I've never complained.
