Hello Everyone! Tom from Greenville SC here. Relatively new pool owner. Have had it for 2 years and tired of taking water samples to Leslie's and them telling me what to put in the pool. An effective way to maintain the pool, but Im sure more expensive than doing it myself, plus I want to learn. Have a 17K gallon salt water system with a vinyl liner. Looking forward to being a member of TFP

The sun depletes FC daily and it needs to be monitored and replaced as such. Once a week amounts to 'Dump and Pray'. And their testing is all over the map for accuracy so we put zero stock in their readings. Have some reading.
