Ran across this forum browsing for information and I have learned a lot and am looking forward to learning more. I have a small 12x31 inground vinyl pool with a sand filter and a Pentair VS pump that has been fairly easy to maintain but I am having to replace equipment and what to do it right. I need to replace the filter and I’m also looking at buying a robot to clean the pool. I would like to go to a cartridge filter but have been told it isn’t ideal in the dusty windy conditions in south central rural Kansas. Any tips and recommendations are gladly welcomed.
