Tested 250 ml and my TA is 86. Added 5lbs of baking soda. Now to wait 3 hours and test again!

Moving PH levels is also a good way to test if your pool size is correct.

Close enough to 3 hours. Measured TA at 104. So 5 lbs added 18 TA. Formula in other thread says 19833 gallons. So - 20k is pretty much correct.

Of course my pH is now like 8.0 so time for some MA to cancel out the side effects of my test. >.>

You can rebuild it!! Check with www.inyopool.com for help to get the right parts. Make sure they know you are coming from TFP as they know TFP know what is what with pools.

WHAT??? OH MY! I bet if you call them they can work something out for you on that! If need be ask to talk to Patrick (owner of INYO) and tell him kimkats from TFP sent you. That might work!

I got some o-ring lube with the order. It's all good.

Good job! I went on there thinking............."A washer can't cost that much" and was got a BIG surprised! Just a plain washer was $4.35!!! Well it did have Pentair's name on it so.... At least the o-ring lube can be used!

The pressure on the jets keeps going down and some air in the pump basket. Hoping the leak in the MPV is causing that and not something else....
