New liner, new water still can’t pass OCLT

So same problem as last year only have a new liner this year. Cannot pass my OCLT for over a week now.

Upon installation, installer said the main drain screw holes were stripped. Said that would put us back couple more weeks for him to return plus add around $1500. He said we didn’t necessarily need to have a main drain, so he covered it with vermiculite(?) and installed the liner. Started filling pool then turned off water where he instructed me to so he could come finish up. So it sat 2/3 full with no chemicals for at least 4 days until he returned (over father’s day weekend). Finished filling then took readings and adjusted using PoolMath. SLAMMING, brushing daily, pump running 24/7. I do see small amounts of dead algae (I assume) here and there first thing in morning

First reading this morning before any additions:

FC 14.5. (was 18.0 at 9:00 last night)
CC 0
pH 7.4
TA 125
CYA 40

Could it be my pump isn’t cycling the water enough ? I noticed my psi is a little lower than previously (when had main drain)

Keep it at SLAM level and check everywhere for hidden algae. Returns (take the eyeballs out), skimmer (look behind the weir foam) steps, ladder. Scrub everywhere water can go.

Thanks, okay I’ll do that. Also, regarding the pump cycling… I see my Kreepy Krauly cleaner is barely moving sometimes and it has a BRAND NEW booster pump

Post up some pics of the equipment pad. How many skimmers do you have?

It would really help if you complete your signature with your full pool and equipment specs.

Check the creepy crawly for algae too. Can’t hurt.

So, I’m still fighting this. I kept thinking I’m gonna get it bc I normally do not give up on things. I’ve tried everything… SLAMMED for mustard algae when not slamming for regular algae. Pump running 24/7. Took light out, cleaned niche, light is still sitting on pool deck, as I’ve been cleaning niche daily. Took eyeballs out, cleaned them. Cleaning weir area daily (we don’t have a weir door). Ladder has been out since forever. Gave the Kreepy krauly a bleach bath. Brushing every morning, and a some when I see algae settling in seams and corners again. Backwashing every couple days as needed, adding around 1 cup of DE after backwash/ rinse. We have Zeolite as a media in the filter. What am I missing?? This is what it looks like first thing in morning and also a pic of our setup as earlier requested.
