Our solar is newish, this is its first full summer. Is this buckling normal, seems to be when its really hot outside - mostly goes away at night.

That looks troublesome to me. If the panels are flexing daily, I'd be concerned they may suffer from the wear and leak. Can you fix them in place to prevent the buckling?
