I purchased 2 separate pool timer T101's. Neither one that was installed,th clock didn't work. Could it be I purchased 2 bad motors or am I missing something. Switch turn lights on and off manually. But timer gears on either motor is not turning. I tried moving the gears manually. No success. Can anybody help.me figure out what's going on.

If you bought both in 110v versions but you have 220 coming to the timer then they won't work, or visa versa. This is a common mistake when buying a timer. It happened to me.

It does not look like you have a neutral wire connected to the screw on the left that has a white wire from the timer motor on it.

The neutrals are all wire nutted together under the red wire nut.
I cannot see how many there are and where they go.
Show me.
There are 3 of them. They have always been like this. I do have a photo cell wired in as well.
I will connect it tomorrow when I get to work. Thanks for your help.
