just installed new doughboy 21' round 54" above ground pool . We set new j hook liner and started filling pool. Pool began to leak at roughly 6 inches of water. A seam failure. We pumped water down to 1 inch . Waiting for new liner to arrive. We placed 2 inches of masons sand them liner guard pad , them cove base and wall foam. We then hung new liner and then it failed and is leaking. I am waiting to remove liner once new one arrives and we have a no rain day. I am not sure how much water got under liner but I believe a lot. Once I remove failed liner what do I do if the pad and sand are wet , which is what I expect to see?

pull the old liner out and patch it in the mean time.
put a patch on the back and a patch on the front.
fill the pool and enjoy. it wll take forever to get a
replacement liner this year.

dont worry about the sand or pad. they
will dry out in a day or 2.
