New home and first pool

We recently moved into a new home with a pool (first pool for us). I got the TF pro test kit, and my numbers seem all over the place. The pool is clear and appears fine but I need some help on my pool math.

Welcome to TFP.

Ignore the OTO test for FC. Use the powder/reagent.
Your TA is a bit low. I would raise it to 60 using baking soda. Use Pool Math to calculate amount to raise by 20.

The real issue is your CYA. Do the diluted test, #8 here: and report back.
