So glad to find this forum! I just got a Harris VS Proforce pump- the price was right and my old, expensive pump died as I was opening the pool. It's all installed and has electricity, dumped water in to prime the pump, and went to start it up for the first time. The display screen had 8:00 in the display window and AM was lit up. I followed the directions and pressed the Menu button to set the clock. All it did was emit a loud beep. No buttons will do anything except give me that beep. The clock works, but no Mode or anything else is lit up. I've tried unplugging it to reset but made no difference. It's like the touch buttons just don't work, which I'm hoping is not the case.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
