Is this the SWG? I seen the box for the PCL1400 so I'm assuming this is it?

It looks like a dummy cell.

So the actual cell will replace that when it's time to start using the salt water?

Yes. We just put our SWG on in place of the dummy cell. It has all kind of lights on it.

Are these white spots in the deep end acid that did not get cleaned off all the way? And can this be fixed after the pool is filled?
