New build started out swimmingly - then the rain came...

Broke ground today. Everything started out great. Quick excavation with no rocks or groundwater to deal with. Walls up and plumbing went in without a hitch. Then they poured the concrete footing and about 20 minutes later we had torrential rain. In addition to the heavy rain one of the downspouts drained directly into the perimeter of the pool. The new concrete is mostly under water. How bad is the situation and what should I expect from them tomorrow?

I think you will be ok. This is not a finished surface. The biggest impact would be the additional water can be absorbed by the fresh concrete and change the water-cement ratio.

Let's see what @jimmythegreek thinks.
