We are down to the nitty gritty and need some feedback on this proposal by my PB, and any follow up question that should be asked before signing the contract. And we live in South Jersey .


OVERVIEW- Construct – 18x36 w. 8ft. White Step. 4ft shallow to 6ft deep.

SPECIFICATIONS- Inground Vinyl Liner Swimming Pool. 48in Galvanized steel walls w.
A frame. 28mil virgin liner, Vermiculite Pool Bottom. 1.5HP variable speed pump, 425sq
cartridge filter, in line chlorination, 400k BTU Natural Gas Heater, 2” Valves, 2” rigid pvc
plumbing, 3 low voltage color changing led pool lights, deep end ladder and rail. 2 wide
mouth skimmers, Main Drain, 4 pool returns, 450sq ft @ 4,000psi brushed white
concrete. Hyperlite Safety Cover with pump installed 30 days after concrete is poured.
Balancing of all chemicals once the pool has been filled. Orientation as needed. 5 year
warranty on all products and workmanship. Lifetime warranty on structure of the pool.
Estimated start date of 3/1/2020 Approximately 4 weeks of time to complete project.
Exclusions - Removal of trees. The pool permit/engineering process will be handled by
the homeowner. All inspections are to be called in and verified by Executive Pools llc.
Ground Water charge of $2,000.00. Irrigation may need to be re-routed after pool the
pool is completed. Any landscaping due to the pool installation is not included. A
rough/flat grade will be performed when the pool is backfilled. Driveway access. Pool
Equipment pad is set to be placed in front of shed.
Total Pool Installation for the sum of $38,500.00
10% Deposit
40% Due on the day of excavation.
40% Due on the day of backfilling the footing.
10% Due on the day the liner is installed.
I hereby accept this project as stated above.

Not a bad sounding pool.....my only concern is the inline chlorinator. You should switch that over to a SWG instead. Salt pools rock! :)

You should also get the exact model numbers of the proposed equipment so you can check to make sure that is the right stuff. What is that ground water charge about??
