Here is hoping the heater does it's job without breaking the bank!

So after a few months of heating this Houston “winter”, I have found that the pool loses around 2 degrees a day. It takes roughly 1 MMBTU of gas per degree to heat it back up, so that works out to about $12.50 a day in heating costs for 2 MMBTU’s, or about $375 a month. Costs are heading down as the weather warms though.

Wow, just read through the whole thread. Amazing pool but so heartbreaking when the hurricane came through. Hope you're all recovered and enjoying the pool.

Hey TFP gang - it’s been a while since I last logged on. We finally put the finishing touches on our pool and spliced the remainder of the build time lapse together.
It has some fun “swim practice” shots towards the end too.

That is quite a pool no doubt. I wish mine was long enough to swim laps in. Very jealous of that option.
