Been snooping here for a long time and wanting a pool for even longer. New house was finally finished in November (supposed to have been May,) and now that everything is settled in we are getting a pool and just wanted to run some numbers and stuff by you experts here.
Pool will be 80 linear foot and will go from 4-5.5 feet for a volume of around 11k gallons, nothing fancy simple rectangular pool.
Here are the items i want some opinions on, the builder deals solely with hayward equip.

AquaRite S3 Omni Salt System (25k gallons)
TriStar VS 900 Omni (1.85 HP)
Hayward smart 450 filter
has two omni LED lights
I have included the models of it, with the exception that the decking will be modified. The coping will be sandstone. The plaster will have blue pebble in it, i am not sure what this is called.
I have a firm quote in writing for this of 65k
