Looks great. My .02 on the filter. The one you were quoted is already oversized. I have a smaller one (340 sq ft) for a ~21k pool and it's overkill (which I'm glad). If I close properly and open to a clear pool I'd only need to clean it once at the end of a 4 month season. Though to be honest I usually clean twice. Once mid and the second is after the season is over so I'm fresh to start the next year (but once would be fine). A bigger filter also means larger or more cartridges to replace in the future (they're not cheap & 4 of them are "not cheap" x 4
).
The kitchen is great. I would move the grill head to the left where the fridge is. People won't be able to sit at the counter in front of the grill. They will feel the heat radiate from it and it won't be comfortable. Plus it will block your view of them while you're cooking. If you decide to nix the fridge get a pull out garbage (assumes you won't have a receptacle somewhere else outside of course). I love mine. I skipped the fridge because I was so close to my house. It was just as easy to go to the kitchen instead of stocking up the fridge. Something to consider since it looks like you're close to the house too. I'm sure you'll get electricity at the kitchen but just mentioning in case you didn't count that. Get an outlet on the face of the bar counter for charging devices and running a blender. Also get one underneath the grill head (inside the structure) and buy a grill with lights built in. It's awesome at night (no shadows while you're trying to cook, just like oven lights). The gill heads may all have lights, I'm not sure. It was an afterthought for me but I like it. Good luck!
