New AG bury pool project!

Hello everyone! I am brand new and looking for all the ideas and tips for burying an above ground pool. We have bought a 30’ round pool now just trying to figure out how we’re gonna bury it! Thinking complete bury on half of it with a 2’ retaining wall on the other half. Any help is welcome!

Well to be honest I dont know all the details we haven’t even got it out of the box yet. We’re still doing prep work to the ground outside (removing trees, leveling, etc) but yes it is a steel/resin 30’ above ground pool. As far as drainage we were told a simple type of French drain then a slurry mix retaining wall where the ground is flush. But we haven’t really gotten to far into this yet so we’re open to any opinions and tips!
