I live in MA and It was warm above 70 since last week. I installed a new unibead liner on my 24’ round above ground pool on Tuesday it was 70-80 degrees that day. I filled 12 inches and let it sit. This morning I started filling more and got it to about 1/3 filled and stopped. The temp has dropped today(go figure) and is supposed to get into the 30s tonight. Do I fill as much as I can (currently 55 but sun is down) or stop and wait till tomorrow morning. It is supposed to be a high of 60-65 the next few days. Lousy luck on my part.

Do I leave it at 1/3 or finish filling.

If the liner is firmly pressed against the walls, you can fill it until it's topped off.

With both of my AG pools I was told to fill it during the day so I would wait until the morning when the sunlight hits the pool or it gets warmer. It was said you don't want to have the liner stretch when it's cold. 1 extra day won't hurt the season.

I don’t mind waiting I wasn’t sure if the cold weather would have an impact on a new liner that doesn’t have water around it.

I don’t fill overnight anyway I stop around 9/10.

Thank you,
