My DE folter bottom assembly has a 2" pipe sticking up from it and it has an o ring on the top of that pipe that I need to replace. You can see it on this picture: https://intheswim.com/p/170018-tank...ns-plus-60-sq-ft-d.e.-pool-filter/622810.html
I've looked at several diagrams and that o ring never has a part number. Does anyone know what it is or what I should be buying? I know it's a 2" pipe so it should be a 2" oring. But I dont know the thickness.

Do you have the old O-ring or pieces of it?

Is the pipe removable from the filter?
If so, take the pipe to a local hardware store and see if they have an O-ring that fits in the groove.

I do have the old one. I can bring it to home depot or a pool store and see if they have it. Hoping to check the stock before I head out. Plus i'd probably guess wrong and take two trips :/

Aladdin O-24-9 is the generic equivalent. Pentair's number is 59000600. The Waterway 805-0145 is the same, as is the one for the Hayward DE filters.
