BYOP.net has a stable of contractors for people to build their own pools. They have a dallas landing page so I would assume they have dallas vendors. You might have to pay them for the first pool, but then you would have a list of vendors you could use over and over.

My PB is out of Mckinney and I can send you the subs that worked on my pool. I have no idea if they work directly with homeowners, but I'm happy with the final product.
