This is my first pool issue I've encountered since buying our home a couple years ago. This past week, when I turn on either the pool pump or spa pump (same if the heater is on with it, too), but the pumps will turn off between 15-20 minutes after, but the panel inside the house that I used to turn it on is still showing the countdown spa timer but the filter button is no longer illuminated and the pump is not running. However, if I go to the main system panel outside by the equipment and put it in service mode and then turn on the pump (with or without the heater) it will run normally and not turn off. Would anyone have some potential next steps to look at resolving the issue?
