Did a lot of vacuuming yesterday after some leaves ended up in the pool. After vacuuming I emptied the trap of all the debris. Started the filter back up and I noticed the psi was higher than normal usually it’s runs around 20 and now it was up to 29 and the spa water flow into the pool wasn’t as strong as usual. I’m thinking the system pro need to be backwashed but I’m not sure how to on this system. Any ideas based on the attached photo? Filter is a quad D.E.

As you do not have a multivalve, you must breakdown the filter and clean the cartridges. I believe that is the preferred method with that type filter, regardless.
Check your owners manual on how to clean the filters.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
