Called out the pool guys recommended expert as a disclaimer: is obviously paid for his time.
The end result is the hard sell on skimmer ( I agree needs a new one) and both jacuzzi and pool light ring “silicone” and after a pressure / vacuum test “no diagnosis” on leak.
Need some one with a recommendation/ reputable person …help pls.
