I Currently have Pentair 011018 model and need to get a new pump. I currently have Easy touch system with screenlogic so needs to work with that. I don't want the SVRS model as this is why I am replacing the current pump. I recently had my pool/spa resurfaced and now the SVRS keeps kicking on when I switch from spa use to pool use or pool use to spa use. Also kicks my pump off when I open the pressure relief on the filter.

Welcome to the forum.
The newest iteration is the Intelliflo3. You get it without a pump screen, so it must be controlled by your Easytouch or you can use a Pentair app to control it directly when in Service Mode.

Rob,

The new IntelliFlo 3 is not a drop in replacement for your current IntelliFlo. You would have to replumb the input and output pipes.

The IntelliFlo 011056 VSF or the EC-011028 both have the normal key pad and the same form factor as your old pump.

If your current pump is connected using pump unions, you just need to slide the new one in place.

If your current pump is not connected by pump unions, you will have to cut the plumbing anyway.

I too have the SVRS IntelliFlo. It has been a pain for me for the past 8 years.. I can hardly wait for it to die so I can replace it.

Thanks,

Jim R.

Jim,

Thank you much appreciated it.

Here's the current plumbing. Thanks again for the help.

Rob,

You are between a rock and a hard place on your pump input side... :(

No pump unions, which means no matter what pump you get, you will have to have do some plumbing.

At least you have room to move the pump away from your intake valve.

Make sure you use Pump Unions for the new install. They can't be found at Home Depot and look like this...

Thanks,

Jim R.
